"Shelves were well stocked. Self checkout was working without any glitches."
"One by Mt. Trashmore...a lot of employees just standing around talking. If there are that many just talking then why do we have to check ourselves out...can't they cashier? Also, hot food bar says from 4:00...it was 4:20 and they still didn't have the food out."
"This store recently replaced a block of parking spaces on the left into online shopping pick-up, forcing more shoppers to park on the right. However, they also made the right-side lobby "enter only" -- so you can't exit on the side you parked; you must exit, walk across the front of the building back to where you're parked. Inconvenient, especially in inclement weather and for those with mobility difficulties. When I inquired about their having restricted one side to "enter only" I was told it was because shoplifters were costing too much and it's easier to monitor just one lobby for exits. Know what also costs a lot? Losing the customers who do pay."
"Very upset Food Lion refuses to open at least 1 register to allow customers to check out that have medical issues/disabilities. The Cashier was told to close her line and make me go to Self Checkout after I explained my situation. The Manager working this morning said something to the worker for helping me on the self checkout this morning. I used to have groceries delivered, but I got tired of getting molded and rotten produce not to mention forgotten items Thanks Kayla"
