Even when I found something I wanted, as I was about walking up to the counter, I caught the cashier was yelling at a couple who didn't seem to speak great English because they were politely asking about having trouble finding price tags. "My cousin told me this was the place to take my son for reenactment clothing, and he was right! We drove from Yorktown to check it out. Since that day we have been back 4 times. The reason we make that 1.5 hour drive is simple. The people. The owner is easily one of the nicest people I’ve met. He took my son and showed him some amazing WW2 memorabilia that few will ever see outside of a museum. My sons love of history is fully embraced in this landmark of a store. (Found out they’ve been there since the 60’s!) They have some of the coolest artwork and displays as well. On top of the excellent customer service they have an extensive offering of military gear and clothing. Prices are very fair, and often generous. It’s really nice to find people like this doing business. We will be back. And we are telling everyone! To the owners and staff, thank you again!"
