"My husband brought our Dyson vacuum there for a repair. The place charged $70 beforehand to have it fixed. When my husband went to pick it up, they said it will be an additional $70. No one called us to discuss that prior fixing. For $140 we can buy a brand new vacuum! And if they’d call us to discuss that we might say just go for it and fix it. But because it was done behind our backs, it is an unacceptable customer service! Now they are keeping our vacuum, unless we pay $70! We told them to take the parts out, we don’t want their services! Such a shame! I’m going to file a complain with BBB."

"Customer service lady is a real Snooty person. She refused to hear me tell her some things about my vacuum. First time meeting her, and the last time. The 1st time I spoke to her on the phone last year about my older Hoover, and she dumped all her stress from her shop onto me. Then said she'd call me back as her phone was ringing.off the hook. Never called me back. I wouldn't recommend going here a all!!!!!I got nothing accomplished here, and she swept me away with her mouth. But I will be helped more professionally by another service center."

"Ms. Daisy is where it's at. I have lived in Virginia My whole life, between VA. Beach and Norfolk. I have purchased many vacuum cleaners in my 66 year's. I met Ms. Daisy, within 5 mins, of walking in the door with 3 vacuums to be fixed, I walked out of there with a close new friend, and most of all, the vac cleaner of my dreams. She is very knowledgeable on All Vacuums, makes, models, as well as All sewing Machines, etc. I suggest if you want your vacuum fixed wether it's Dyson To Singer, to Dirt Devil, come in and see Daisy. She will set you straight on your way. She stands behind her work 100%!"

"There is something to be said for great knowledgeable customer service. This store sets the bar. I was in need of a quality vacuum and staff is so familiar with their products. They allowed me to try out several models there in the store. Crystal was extremely professional and friendly. Would highly recommend this location and staff. The Sebo Airbelt E3 Premium is a great machine and perfect for my household."
