"Attempted to place an order at this location, it got cancelled due to not having having a menu item. I would’ve been fine with a substitute however they decided to cancel the order altogether. I attempted to call the establishment to attempt to rectify the order and I was promptly hung up on. I love Taco Bell and empathize with anyone in the food industry but this is inexcusable."
"The woman working the window tonight was extremely rude. After waiting 20 minutes for my order, she didn’t communicate the total of my order properly and then she gave me a hard time for wanting to change it at the window. I will not be returning. Keisha needs learn how to be a little nicer if she is going to work in customer service."
"I have mixed feelings on this place. I've only been a few times, it's not around my normal bubble. I like to judge these types of places on their most basic item, bean burritos. And their ability to provide sour cream I've paid for. The times I've been able to order, the food was hot and fresh, and there was no crunch on my burrito. Tortillas were fresh and super soft! And the provided sour cream. So food gets 5 stars. Service only gets 2. I've waited in the drive thru lone for over 10 minutes to only move 2 cars up. I gave up and left. This has happened before, and it just doesn't make sense. The lobby is locked so you can't go in. The walls are all windows so everyone can clearly see everyone inside, plenty of staff, but not enough working going on in there. I mean, they aren't cooking from scratch here. They build each item with fully prepped ingredients, so why aren't they able to get things moving?!?!?!?"
"This is the worst taco bell I've been too. They have zero customer service skills. No ice for drinks. A palet blocking the fountain machine. Staff sitting in the waiting area just because hanging out. Where is the management?! The bathrooms are locked with a key! SMH. They refused to ring customers up and told us we had to use the kiosk only for ordering."
