"So I have many things to say about this place. Good and bad. Let’s starts with the pros. They think they deserve lots of food. However, we want better pizza. The pizza tasted like soap and we like cilantro. It’s not like we are allergic to cilantro. The pizza literally tasted like armpit. Playing pool and watching football was fun, but overall the vibes were just EH. EDIT: ALSO our dog won’t even eat this pizza. I think that’s a review in itself. *mic drop*"
"I discovered Cogan's in 2011 and return any time I visit Norfolk. The pizza is that great. Weather pending, the 2nd floor outdoor seating is the best. Count the pennies on the bar's wall! In a military concentrated city, most HRTs offer a military discount to bring more commerce and to thank service members. Regardless, enjoy the best pizza in Norfolk!"
"Great early bird special! $5 off large pizzas. Early lunch is a must. White pizza and meat lovers is fantastic, the chicken pesto on the other hand was bland. Overall enjoyed the place. Lots of tvs and plenty on tap. Would love to come back for game day."
