UNO Pizzeria & Grill

"My husband has loved Pizzeria Uno and we have not been near one in years so he’s ordered a couple times for pick up mostly for Pizza. So we went out to eat the other day, and I said let’s go in and sit down. I ordered the shrimp scampi, and must confess it was incredibly bland. The Pizza, my husband and my son were fine with. The restaurant itself did not seem busy at all. But the kicker to my whole experience is that the restaurant Automatically add the tip to your bill! Unheard of. I’m wondering if that’s why the restaurant was not very busy. OK the service was not horrible, but it was also not great and we would’ve tipped. But to automatically be charged a tip on my bill has left a horrible taste, my mouth, which, which I will never return to this restaurant."

"My spouse and I had dine here and to say the least the customer service was not all that great. Our waitress was barely helpful and barely checked in on us and her attitude was terrible. When my spouse had received the bill she had put a 9% tip as if she earned it when she was barely being a good server. But what really made the bad experience even more bad was when my spouse and I was eating not even halfway in the dinner she automatically brought out pizza boxes out without even asking if we wanted to take it to go yet it really made us feel like we was being rush to eat our food all because she somewhat was ready to be done with us. We will not be returning back at all the worst experience ever it obvious some of these folks don’t like there job."

"Came in today for the first time. I had the deep dish pizza. And honestly idk why there isn’t a line out the door. Food was great. Waitress was amazing. Bathrooms clean. I will definitely be back"

"Our first time finally trying Uno! I’ve heard lots of good things about this place and we certainly had to give it a try! My date and I were seated quickly, and our drinks ordered super fast. The food was incredible! Both of our pasta dishes were so full of flavor and you get a ton of food. We were a little disappointed in the high prices here but you certainly get what you pay for! We will definitely come back to enjoy soon!"

"They didn't have it any bartending staff when we arrived. We had to wipe our own tables and seats off. The whole area looked as if it hadn't been cleaned from the night before. The food arrived it was delicious but the pizza was late arriving but it also was delicious. We did get seated by the manager and she did come past a couple of times just to check on us to see if everything was okay. But we were upset to find that some of the drinks that we originally got on happy hour were no longer available for happy hour."
