"This was my 1st time trying this place & I am extremely disturbed. I placed an online pickup, got to the restaurant to pick up my order & the young lady at the register looked at me and turned her head. She did not acknowledge me at all, not even knowing that I’m in the holiday spirit and ready to give a major tip. Long story short, my nephew found hair in his quesadilla after he began eating. I took the food back inside to MADISON. She immediately took the food to the back and said she will give me another one. There was no acknowledgement about the hair and she didn’t give me the option for a refund. When she came back I told her I would like a refund b/c my family was disgusted by that point. Madison was not apologetic about the situation and very dismissive. I did receive a refund but it wasn’t about the money at the end of the day. I am a honest reviewer and that was my experience. Maybe I will try the restaurant out in a few months. Until then 2 stars for poor Customer Service. Thanks"

"This has become our favorite Mexican restaurant!!!!"

"Ordered a cheese quesadilla via phone and expected the sides like you would get in the restaurant. This is the second time I’ve ordered specifically a quesadilla with the sides (via phone) and was given a small, plain, cheese quesadilla. The quesadilla itself was kind of mediocre. So, naturally I was a bit disappointed that I spent money and wasn’t fed to the standard of someone sitting in the restaurant. My partner, on the other hand, ordered the Pollo a la Crema. It tasted fine, but the food was a bit cold. Still not as much of a let down as my quesadilla. I normally stick to the Veg C. I’ll definitely make sure to only order that next time. The food is generally great, but they’re horrible at pick-up orders and will not hold the food to the same standard as “in-restaurant”. Not to mention, when I was on the phone placing the order, I was told it was $23. But when my fiancé made it to the restaurant, the meal was $29. We didn’t order anything extra. I feel that they may have charged for the chips and salsa that they included in the meal. Which was weird considering they added it without asking. My partner, on the other hand, ordered the Pollo a la Crema and it was okay."

"I heard about this place from the coupon on the back of my Kroger receipt and I’m so glad I did! The food was fantastic and came so fast, my server Brian was great, the restaurant was clean and welcoming, if I could give this place more stars, I would!! Highly recommend the quesadillas but I will be back to try the burritos. Their menu is extensive and they have the largest salad selection I’ve ever seen at a Mexican restaurant. The sauces are all house made. Highly recommend!"
