"I am a constant customer here at The Twisted Crab. Usually I have a great experience. Last night I doordashed a order to work, around the time of closing. Once receiving my order and getting a chance to open and look at it, I noticed my order was wrong. I always get shrimp with the head on, but the seemed to have sent shrimp with the head off. Being that the store had already closed by this time, I tied my bag back up and decided to give them a call today to have my order replaced. Once calling, I was questioned on why I needed to speak with the manager. After explaining my problem, I was then told by the rude CASHIER that they couldn't do anything to rectify the mistake. I have had my order done wrong vefore and just asked to bring the food back so that it may be replaced. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH the outcome and the customer service I received today."

"Friendly service and tasty seafood make this an ok stop when in the area. Enjoyed the ability to customize the seafood boils. Drinks were poorly made and could benefit from some additional training. Non plastic cutters would be better for Crab legs. Very intentional with the branding on everything - nice touch!"

"Well, the Food was GREAT and definitely worth 5 Stars! Hands Down!! I mean, I came back two nights in a row. So, that’s saying something. However, the staff and service: Y’all… Let’s start with the fact that the crackers are limited and you’re only given plastic utensils?! Really?! Apparently it’s BYOK - Bring your own knife, as I pulled my pocket knife out of my purse for better and quicker results. Worked great! Would have been better had they been provided… Of course then I’m doing my own dishes and suddenly feel like I should be the one being tipped. Our service was minimal and extremely lackluster. Our second night was apparently Bingo night. Ok, fun! Only, apparently you need to purchase the cards for every round even though they don’t explain, ask, come back around, pick them up etc. So, make sure to stop playing because even if you get a bingo, you won’t actually win! We had the Server Manager as our waitress that night and all she told us was that if we played we received $3 drinks. Which is why we played…. NEVER did she mention that it was only certain drinks. We learned later once the bill came. Which she refused to change and only said, “I should have explained better”. No kidding! It wasn’t worth the fight for a couple of drinks, but we totally wouldn’t have ordered them! Or would have made sure to stick with only the $3 ones. Your staff and utensils need a major upgrade! Food is amazing though!!"
