"Slow service and a lack of customer service overall, you dont have to say good morning, but at least acknowledge your customer. We've been to this local store hoping the service would improve, but unfortunately not. To make matters worse, they got our order wrong, even though its printed plain as day on the receipt."

"Hello, I had recently ordered my Dunkin to be delivered from the store located at 2006 Nickerson Blvd, Hampton Va. My order was timely and arrived on time. However I had order 2 hot sandwiches egg and cheese on a plain bagel, and 2 donuts and a medium iced pumpkin coffee. I did not receive any of the egg and cheese sandwiches. Instead I received 4 donuts. Also my medium iced coffee was placed in a hot coffee cup. I thanked my delivery driver and I called the store at 8:55am on Tuesday September 5. The store associate had let me know that the store was out of stock with eggs, and the oven wasn’t working. At 8:55am? This is unacceptable service, and when asked for a refund they said there was nothing they could do because it was a delivery order.. how does this make sense? What type of policy is this? I do not appreciate the lack of customer service at this location. I will be leaving a review with corporate. This is the second time I have ran into problems due to the ma"

"The employees are absolutely fine they're the only reason this store has two stars instead of one, this review has more to do with management. This Dunkin has an average drive thru wait time of 20 minutes according to the last five times I've stopped due to severe unremedied understaffing. They are either always out of 90% of food products by 7:30 am or their ovens are broken, the coffees are usually really good though (again, the employees aren't the issue at all they're always cool and make good drinks and do their best with what they're given by management)"
