"They took my order and then told me to park along with the guy in front of me. I waited for 10 min...and then went I in store after noticing guy in front had to go in to get his order. I asked what happened to my order. The manager said " my order didn't go through" and that "I drove off". HOW! I went to my car and got my receipt showed her I paid...and her employee had parked me. She completely perjured herself. I did not even get an apology and she was the manager. They need new staff...this wouldn't happen at the Hardee's in NC."

"Every time I go there the person at the window always has a rude attitude. One of the times we went the person inside was mad because her workers were outside smoking and she needed help. I ordered a cheeseburger for my son, and it was hard as a rock, and of course, they had an attitude when we brought it back."

"I got the #2 combo. Instead of fries I got the macaroni and cheese. I got a sweet tea and 4 cookies. The best part about this meal was the tea. It wasn't too sweet, it was just right. The burger was dry and wasn't fresh. It lacked seasoning. The lettuce was old. The cookies were ok and the macaroni and cheese was bland. The only thing I loved about my visit was that the lady there was very kind. For that I would be back to give them another shot."

"Chicken was uncooked. I was eating while driving so won’t paying attention. Wen I stopped looking in the boxi notice it. Took it back. Mind yu I was calm and polite because I had my son with me. The drive thru worker more worried about the green bean that came with the combo than the raw meat I was served. Taught me a lesson never eat while driving nd always look at your food"
