"Unfortunately, as a former employee and customer of the The Philly Shack I was disgusted & Disappointed in how they treated customers and employees . DO NOT EAT THEIR FOOD the owner drops food on the ground when cooking on accident and picks it up on purpose to not waste money . They have some many health hazards. From the employee side the pay people $7 & $8 and hour and try to get over in the same sense . The philly shack has a RAT they can’t find in their kitchen!! Also they have roaches . Also they have under age people behind the bar around alcohol . If it brings them money in they don’t care and break all the rules"

"Saw this place. Made a special trip to try somewhere new. It was ‘just okay’ sub was mid. Not the best definitely not the worst. Chicken was seasoned pretty well in the sub. Best of the experience was the young fella. He was very helpful as it was my first time. And very pleasant. Great customer service"

"While waiting on my car and realized I hadn’t ate all day. I walked here to The Philly Shack.. Got a Cheeseburger and Fries. Y’all this Burger was SEASONED TO PERFECTION and Juicy. I know that it was freshly cooked. It wasn’t a frozen patty. Fries were Hot n Crispy. The two ladies were kind and very attentive. My food didn’t take long at all. I also like the option of the bar and the wall with old comic art have the place a nice vibe. I definitely will be back."

"Such a nice little place to come for dinner. The inside is really nice. We like to eat inside instead of carry out, even though the to go orders are really popular here. I got the delicious Cheesesteak w/Green Onions, Peppers & Mayo. Others I was w/ordered the Pepperoni Pizza & the Wings w/Hennessy sauce. I was told the wings were really good in that sauce. We also love the special French fry sauce. (orange color) Would recommend coming here. We will be back again. Very pleased."
