"The food was decent as usual but you do lose a bit of that magic in the flavor when the staff treats you wrong. My wife went in to order food and there was a wait which is always fine and expected. While my wife waited like a normal human, staff and manager kept on nagging her with speeches about how she was just going to have to wait. Imagine standing and waiting for your food, not saying anything and being patient then people all of a sudden start talking to you like you're a problem. I like Zaxby's food but I'm not going to buy it if I'm going to be treated like an inconvenience for doing so."

"I'm always going to Zaxby's on Oyster Point Road in Newport News to get a salad. Their salads are usually fresh which is why I go. This time, it was not. I picked through my entire salad because the lettuce was turning brown and the remaining lettuce that wasn't brown was wilted and mushy. The cucumber and tomatoes weren't fresh, and the bread was soggy. Not happy and will not be returning to this location."
