IHOP

"We haven't been to IHOP in a while, but it was a familiar restaurant whilst we were away from home. We visited this location as it had the best rating in the vicinity. We had the breakfast sampler, a short stack, chocolate chip pancakes, hot chocolate and coffee. The food was cooked properly. Our waitress Shavonne did a good job. We had a good experience."

"Took over 1 hr to get our food, then we would get a little here and there. By the time i got my french toast, i was done with the rest of our meal. The kitchen need to get their act together. If i wasn't with some other people i would of walked out."

"We headed to this IHop on Warwick Blvd after a fun but cold trip to Christmas Town. We were disappointed to learn their inside restaurant had just closed but their Manager Kia who greeted us was so friendly and accommodating. She instantly helped us figure out a quick order to go of hot chocolate. She and Samantha delivered them to our group with a smile and wishes of a Happy Thanksgiving. From 5 cold guests we thank you for your kindness, great customer service and wonderful attitude. With so much poor customer service these days it really shined. My 11 year old said he thought it was the best part of the day having them be so friendly and helping us figure out something instead of us having to just leave. Thanks IHop and thanks Kia and Samantha! We will be back for a full meal one day soon!!"
