Little Caesars Pizza 1800 Liberty Street, Chesapeake, VA 23324

"On 1/23/24 I ordered 3 pizzas. One was the wrong pizza which was slightly burnt and one was sloppily put together. The quality of the pizzas at this site on Liberty Street has consistently decreased since opening. I suggest checking your pizzas prior to leaving the site. It's apparent that the cooks don't care about the quality of the pizzas they cook."

"I put a order in, in store for stuffed crazy bread and the stuffed crazy crust pizza. We waited for an hour to get the order. When we got it we walked out and realized we didn't get either thing we ordered. We went back in and they said we ran out of cheese, but they just decided not to tell us overcharge us. hoping we wouldn't care enough to go back when. We went back they have us a refund then charged us full price for the incorrect order ,( we did take it home so understandable but no discount or anything for giving us the Incorrect or to begin with)they had given us which the pizza was undercooked . Will never return to this Little Ceasars again."

"They need to wear hairnets. There's always hair "swinging" around the pizzas. Gloves would be nice too since I see individuals handling money and then boxing up pizzas without washing hands"

"I ordered garlic butter with my order, once it was delivered I did not acquire garlic butter. I called 9 times and went to voice-mail, and on the 10th time they answered, I explained the situation and they told me that I had to drive to pick it up and that they not refund for the sauce, I said I will not spend more money on gas to get garlic butter that I paid for, and they hung up on me. I called again went to voice-mail, and called a final time and asked if their was a way for it to get delivered and they said no and their was a worker in the background that said "tell him, he's not getting his garlic butter" then hung up."

"Nothing ready for take out at 5pm on a Friday. I thought that was little Caesars whole thing. Employees having conversations customers shouldn't have to hear. Menu tvs are not on. BUT they got me my pizza in 5 minutes and its good so there it is. I probably would have spent more money if the menu was working"
