Sunrise Pizzeria Family Restaurant

"Thought we would try something new since they keep filling my home mailbox with menus and coupons. Ordered medium 2 topping pizza with $10 coupon-NOPE-gave me a box with plain no toppings and charged me $10.99 plus tax. Ordered pecan pie. Woman who took the order and my name assured me they had one piece left and she would put aside? NOPE- got home opened bag. One sorry slice of mushy pumpkin pie. Not a great way to great a new neighbor customer. Called back, hold twice for 5 minutes each time ( bad music, too) Sunrise is sunset for us."

"We ordered take out. Crust is fluffy toppings are plentiful. Wings are crisp. The dining room seems dead but this is a very good local pizza spot."

"Ordered, calzone (sausage, pepperoni, mushroom) NO MUSHROOMS ORDERED: White, thin crust pepperoni pizza, it was thick crust. Ordered: antipasto salad, got a chef salad Ordered late in the evening, called the next morning only to asked why I did not call that night, well other being brow beaten by the person in charge...not a single, I am sorry your order was incorrect just nasty customer service and no resolve. I have ordered from them for years, then they had fire, the restaurant closed. As soon as I heard they back in business, I began ordering...amazing they can now stay in business, everything had so much garlic, much less the wrong items ordered...I will never return. Least I mention, the person that placed the order did not have a clue what antipasto salad was, nor white crust pizza. Would not recommend!!"

"I waited 40 minutes for food after ordering. I had to find my waitress multiple times. I was given plastic silverware because everything was in the dishwasher. Had to ask again for metal silverware because it would not cut my food. I demonstrated this. The waitress did not know anything about the menu. She needs training. The hamburger steak was very dry and luke warm. The home fries were decent but warm. Should have gone anywhere else. Bill was about $75 for 3 adults and a kid."
