"First let me highlight what was really great here, the staff, these excellent people could run any fine dining spot and do it well. Why they choose to work here is beyond me. And now on to the reason(s) for 1 star: The food, was firstly and most importantly, horribly bland and incredibly cheap and low effort. Someone is cutting corners/cost. I’ve actually had better pizza at Little Caesar’s. As for the Atmosphere, while the staff did a great job of being warm and welcoming, kind and considerate, etc; the place itself was in poor repair (falling apart). Again an indication that *someone* is cutting costs or is grossly negligent to their business."

"The restaurant itself was well decorated. The holiday themes were great. The staff was friendly seated quickly, although...... Here it comes. Seeing the pictures attached to my review. Please note I wasn't happy but this review would be a probably two instead of three star if it hadn't been for the cannolis. They were amazing! Now, here's what my problems were as you can see from my photo my two slices of pizza were not just overdone which they are served. Reheated I get that but they were flat out crunchy crispy borderline burnt. I ordered a black and white out of the case... It came to the table stale. I had to return that the waitress quickly rectified the situation by offering me a cannoli and a cannoli to go.. I had suggested the place to my mother as we were out Christmas shopping and she hadn't recalled ever trying the place. Her experience was actually worse than mine as she couldn't chew the crunchy pizza. I'm not impressed with this location because everyone around us got very fresh food. Granted but they will behind us or ordered a fresh whole pizza. And the lady on the other side of us ordered wings... There weren't many people in this location which should have been my first clue. But, gave him the better. Some of the doubt because I love the ghent location in Norfolk. Never had a bad experience. Slice of pizza or drink salad breadsticks anything there... All of it was wonderful always. This location I'm being very nice by giving you a three star review. I toughed it out because I had suggested it but I had to leave this review. Work on getting your kitchen staff in to work or on the schedule or whatever... ( There were none on duty this day that I had noted )and not making your wait Staff work the kitchen and it might help. Thank you again. I won't be back but someone else may."

"My experience at Ynot Pizza was absolutely delightful. The pizza itself was excellent, striking the perfect balance of flavors and textures that left me eagerly anticipating my next visit. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the service. The bartender/server was outstanding, displaying a great mix of professionalism and friendliness that made our meal even more enjoyable. It's a place I'd heartily recommend to anyone in search of great pizza and a welcoming atmosphere."

"Very good pizza. It's not exactly NY style but pretty close. Service was great, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Just a little on the cooler side in window seating. Definitely will be coming back!"

"The experience at this location with service and their quality of food has gone down hill tremendously over the last two years. I have tried coming back because our family loves Ynot and each time we are disappointed. This time was the last straw- we ordered an xlarge New York pizza and upon arrival of our food the pizza looked different. So happened that they were out of marinara sauce (the staple of a pizza) So instead they put bruschetta tomatoes and oregano mix they had on it instead which changes the whole flavor and texture of the dish. I wish the waitress or manager had just been honest that they didn't have marinara and we wouldn't have ordered pizzas. The cheese was also splotty and did not cover the slices and was randomly placed in 3 maybe 4 sections of the pizza. No one was happy with the food, especially the children, as this is one of their favorite spots too! We finally got our drinks after the food came out too. Needless to say the only thing I like on their menu that they haven't managed to screw up are their wings. It's unfortunate to say that we will no longer be coming back to this location after giving them multiple tries. The location on Providence road has proven to be much better!"
