Little Caesars Pizza

"I was at this location today around 9:35 this evening waiting on a pizza for dinner and as I was waiting on the pizza because they said approx 15 mins. My son and daughter started crying because they watched an employee of little Cesar’s (white male with lots of tattoos) pull a gun out on a female IN PLAIN SITE. Right in the parking lot. His coworker (shorter white guy) saw it and just laughed. I asked to speak to a manager and they both cussed me out and he specifically told me that the manager is his mom and good luck with proving my case cause the cameras don’t Work. Im disgusted by this establishment and will be taking this to corporate."

"I've never tried Little Caesars before, so decided to check it out. 1). The menu is incomplete and I couldn't tell what my options were. When I started asking the young man serving me what I could and couldn't do, he looked at me as if I was crazy. He wasn't very helpful and to most of my questions, the answer was no. 2). Pricing isn't broken down, so I had no clue what the actual price would be until he told me, which I felt was high. They were surprised that someone would order something special. I quickly saw how most of their business is done online. Which is fine, but they should still be able to respectfully service walk in customers. 3) The pizza... I didn't open the box until I got home. Whereupon we found this dried brick flat bread with not even enough sauce on it to cover the base. The crust was so dry it broke off the moment I touched it. We laughed and decided to taste it. Let's just say, so goes my one and only experience with Little Caesars."

"Previously ordered a pizza last week and I was highly disappointed in the overall everything, but the manager reach out to me and apologized for any inconvenience and offered to make it right. Glad I took them up in the offer because they did it right, looked delicious, was cut perfectly and was very pleased at how nice the manager and young lady working the register were and apologized for something that was not there mess up at all."
