"Showed up at 10 AM as that is the advertised opening time on a regular Wednesday. They were closed, so I waited 15 minutes and nobody ever opened the store so I left. If you don’t open at 10 AM on Wednesdays, then change the hours on Google. It is not a holiday or anything. Just a regular Wednesday. You guys just open whenever you feel like it?"

"What happened to the plus size section for women I went pass there and it was not what I expected"

"Came in early and staff was clearly to busy to greet or help customers. Tried on a top that was too small and the size I needed was on the mannequin. Manager was nice about it but still refused to take off and recommended I got to the next store in Hampton to get one because they just put it on. From a retail background why dress a mannequin if the full size run is unavailable. I did end up going to that store to buy and will not be returning to this location. "Yesterday, Wednesday September 13, 2023, my son and I had the most pleasant customer service experience with a beautiful young black lady that went above and beyond to help ensure I got my points for my purchase and my rewards. Overall, I love the company! I would definitely recommend for business casual clothing as they have a very modern, sexy, classy style. I also love the warm colors. Always a great experience when shopping with them!"
