"The staff is very rude and the order pick up system they have is terrible. I have to stand there and get ignored for a good five minutes before finally making eye contact with someone and asking for my order. Whenever I place an online order, it says it’s been completed, but when I go up there, they say they don’t even have it, or that it hasn’t been started, but the whole point of placing an online order is to skip the line. Whoever is managing needs to get it together."

"Without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A in the area. Every time I go there I’m disappointed. Cold food, half portions, rude staff. I went to get a drink refill and had mine and a friends and this rude girl had the nerve to call me out in front of a crowd of people and ask me if I ordered two drinks. I said no that one was my friends and she wanted me to go get our receipts to prove it. I wanted to lose my temper on her but since she looked like a teenager I kept my cool and walked away. Needless to say I don’t plan on going back anymore."

"This is a message for Google. When someone adds a stop and chooses "fast food" the whole concept is to find a quick place to stop. Showing a food court in a mall is just ridiculous and only wastes time. You're increasing traffic in already busy areas by having people exit the highway only to get back on when they realize the food option offered wont be fast at all."
