"Chuy’s is one of our favorite spots and the food is always great but tonight the service wasn’t so great. The people behind us were seated at the same time and had their drinks before we had even ordered drinks and then before our drinks (waters and a Sprite) came out, their appetizer showed up. When he finally came to get our drink order he took the food order too, we ordered queso, even specifying that it was an appetizer, but we never got it. Our server was very nice but not the quickest and he was snacking on chips every time he came by, not very professional. Our food did finally come out and it was all correct. Then the bill comes and we paid with cash, he came back to the table twice saying, oh cash, I’ll have to go get change, guess that was my cue to say that I didn’t need change but I did! The third time, he came back and said so…how much change do you need? Then he started doing the math and finally came through with the correct amount. If a restaurant doesn’t keep cash on hand for change then maybe they shouldn’t accept cash, and if you want an absurdly large tip, you should step up your game sir."

"The service was excellent, better than most in the area. Yes it's a taco chain, But you can find better authentic choices, regardless you can always find a menu item that satisfies most. It has good option and lots of sauces. Their chips are superior to all other venues in the area. The only thing I didn't care for was the decor, and sometimes distracting."

"Chuy's has the best chips. They are always fresh, thin and crispy. The food is always good. Nice portions and unlike other chains the refried beans are flavorful."

"Staff were pretty friendly and food was hot. Good sized portions too. Busy atmosphere even on a regular weekday so you know this place is popular. Dessert was also a good portion size and tasted fresh. Everything was delicious and will hopefully be back soon."
