"They used mini burgers to make the sloppiest sandwich! The mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. Had them redo it and it’s worst! This location is the worst of all! They are really going to get people sick because nothing is edible or fresh… and we paid for it! I’m done with sonic."

"Ordered thru mobile app. Waited way longer than a mobile order should have taken and there were no other customers. Thought they were making the food that’s why it was taking so long …. WRONG! Food was cold and disgusting! Barely any chili on the coney hot dog, ordered large onion rings … bag was 1/2 full … the onion rings were cold and mushy all the breading fell off and crumbled at the bottom of the bag. I had 2 separate orders and both were absolutely the worst meal I’ve ever had from this location. I called to speak to the manager and no one answered. I will be calling again tomorrow to speak to a manager and request a full refund for both disgusting orders! McDonald’s would have been a better choice and that’s not giving McDonald’s a compliment either."

"We normally love Sonic, but the location at Hull St and Deer Run is absolutely disgusting. They can't get an order correct to save their lives. Busy or not (they weren't either visit) Missing items, food not correctly made, things switched on food that should have been made on another the sandwich, food is always cold etc. Please know I am not a bad review foodie but Sonic needs to step it up!!"

"This Sonic has never gotten my order right. Every time I have been here in the past 3 months, my order has been cold, missing something, or I’ve been given something I didn’t even order. The employees take their time and don’t even apologize for leaving you to wait for a PICKUP ORDER for nearly 30 minutes. I will not be returning to this establishment. Truly disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service skills any of these employees seem to have."

"I was a walk-up while I waited for my car to be serviced. I had one of their ice cream desserts which was quite good and plentiful. I should have ordered a small but I ordered a medium more than enough."
