"I have ordered many times and dined in and the food was always satisfactory. Today, the egg foo young was tough, the gravy was the consistency of water the fried chicken wings were cooked to the point that they were dry and tough and the BBQ ribs were drenched in sauce to disguise the fact that they were also burnt and overcooked. My entire order is going in the garbage, I know it will be worse as a leftover. My last time ordering from them. The Manager was gracious when I called (twice) but claimed that no one else had complained. Although he offered to redo the order, I wasn't interested...it was DoorDash delivered and I'd already spent enough on tipping them. Moving on now..."

"I've eaten here several times and picked up. The lo mein is some of the best around. Leaving three stars because my partner unfortunately got quite sick from the shrimp chow mei fun. The general chicken also has some great sauce on it but unfortunately the chicken is lacking. Be cautious ordering from here."

"Did the usual internet search for food near me. Fortune bowl did not disappoint. The food and service were excellent prices are more than reasonable. If you are I the area I highly recommend eating here."

"Only the appetizers (veggie spring rolls) were good, the rest was pretty bad. I had chicken chow mein which tasted pretty bland, it lacked spices. It had way too much celery for my taste. Onion chunks were too big and crunchy, almost raw. It was okay, I ate it all bc I was hungry but I would not order it again. My SO had beef lo mein which tasted wonderful, but he had symptoms of food poisoning that lasted for 3 days. I should have read the reviews. My first and definitely last time ordering from this place. Update: after 2 weeks I had 2 fraudulent transactions on the credit card that I paid my food with. Could be coincidence, but after reading previous reviews, I am starting to think that it wasn't a coincidence."

"Beware of raw/undercooked meat. Got take out from here this evening. Got home and the shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was clearly not cooked. Went back to the restaurant and the manager yelled at us and tried to say that the shrimp comes pre cooked so it’s impossible that it’s raw. But the shrimp was clearly translucent and not cooked. After the angry manager being continually rude we eventually got a refund. So disappointing because we have been here many times and gotten the shrimp fried rice and it was good! But unfortunately we won’t be returning since we don’t want to mess with undercooked food and management that was so rude."
