"Never one to write reviews, especially bad ones. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 20 years and am an owner of a popular restaurant in Midlothian selling similar items like burgers and fries. To me serving someone the type of food I just got should have the place shut down. I ordered a simple order for delivery. From order to my door it took 15 minutes. Very fast. The fries I received defy explanation. In the business for so long, I’m not sure how you get a fry to taste like this. These were not fries that were in a car for maybe a few minutes and are simply cold. This pile of greasy rubber goes down as officially the worst fry I’ve ever had. It’s like they were cooked yesterday, sat out for a few hours, put in a refrigerator overnight, microwaved and sat under a heat lamp for another few hours. Hopefully this reaches the ownership and they’re able to make corrections. I would want to know if my employees were serving stale garbage to customers. Everyone already knows the product is way overpriced. At least they could serve food that was prepared and served correctly."

"This is now the SECOND time in 2 weeks this store has messed up a simple order for 2 people. Missing cheese, onions, and added extra lettuce for some odd reason. You already charge a fortune for the food, at least make it right."
