"Loved the mobile order lane! But it does remove the human connection factor a great deal. If there was a change that needed to be made, it couldn't. I think a lane dedicated just for mobile orders but still has a human connection would be better."

"Well organized, fast mobile orders and drive thru pick up, friendly staff with a clean, inviting restaurant lobby. The pictured mac n cheese was a promotion sent out in the chic fil a one app for being a valued customer. It was a pleasant surprise on a cold day. The Mac was hot and delicious. It was only half a portion after removal of the cheese you see pictured. (I did enjoy some of it, but no way it would have been healthy to eat that entire clump of cheese. Everything served at this location otherwise has been the best in the area."
