"Did order by machine, took number, says they would bring it to the table, no i had to go get. Machine, number plate, and table says it will be brought to table. Also tea was over sweet had to mix un sweet tea with it. Fries had no salt. Bad day to eat at this McDonald's"
"The ice cubes were the best part of this meal. Always a fan of McD’s, I eat it less frequently as I age but still crave the food. It’s been a minute since I’ve had the McChicken but the one I received seemed much smaller than what I remember. Much smaller. To make matters worse, they gave me the spicy version. The fries need to be fresh and hot to be enjoyed. They were not. Conclusion: disappointing food and disappointing service makes me want to add McDonald’s to my no go list. Guess I’ll delete the app from my phone."
"I ordered a quarter-pound combo meal. However, I was unable to enjoy the entire burger because of a burned bun. The manager refused to do anything about it. So it's okay to serve a burned bun to a customer. The bun looks and it smelled awful."
"we didn’t get our cup for our drink so we waited for 10 minutes at the front 6 different people looked and ignored up so we reached back and got it our selves. after the manager asked us we politely stated that nobody would help us and that we helped our selves. she immediately got an attitude with us then proceeded to raise her voice and bucked at us like she was trying to fight keep in mind we are 17 and this lady was like 40 disrespectful and terrible customer service."
"I Love this McDonald's restaurant. The food is 100% fresh, hot, tasty, made to order. This was the freshest Quarter Pounder w/Cheese w/o Onion combo I ever had. Burger fresh and hot. Fries fresh and hot, and I got my large Sprite w/o ice carbonated excellently."
