"They used to butter the biscuits but my sausage biscuits were as dry as a bone and the sausage was way overcooked. I was really looking forward to it but I ended up not eating more than a couple bites. The cashier at the window was on the phone the entire time she was dealing with me."
"Ordered through the drive thru Some items were not available longer but were still on the board. From ordering to pickup, only 1 car in front of me took a while. It seemed to be understaffed. The 1 guy working window was taking care of lobby as well. He was fabulous and very sincere in handling and giving us feedback on order/wait time.. Had not been to Bojangles in a while. Was not aware that the Bo chicken sandwich was so spicy. However, it really was good. My son would enjoy that so I would visit again."
"So this is a restaurant that serves chicken correct? Then why don’t they ever have chicken???? It’s crazy I’ve been in this restaurant multiple times (including today) and EVERYTIME I come in they either don’t have any dark meat or don’t have any white meat and I mean NEVER EVER have wings! This is the fifth time this has occurred! It was closed for a while and reopened maybe they should have stayed closed."
"Food was good nice and hot. There were several workers in the back and one in the front. It was easy to see she was working her butt off all by herself. The tables were dirty, ants all over the soda machine area, trash bins full.... I didn't eat inside because of how nasty it was. Not sure if I'll return because of the sanitation."
"Glad to see this resturant open again, I got the 12 piece meal and everything was right on point from service to receiving my order, see photos, the biscuits, dirty rice, Cole slaw, and mash potatoes and gravy was great, the gravy is gravy and not soup, I recommend the manger see the photos and if they do not meet the same standard, they should not serve it, Again Welcome back Bo Jangles and keep it going. (Update 24 Jan 23) went there for a return visit and things changed like overnight on 2 people working no one taking orders at the counter, 1 person cooking and running drive thru and the other person cooking and helping drive thru also no one took time to take our order, either the next shift was late or quit, someone help this store good chicken but service gas dropped off."
