"I worked with Jennie to get sized and pick out a couple new bras. Jennie made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease the entire time. I had never experienced a positive bra shopping experience until I went to Blythe. The price ranges for bras are reasonable for the quality you’re getting."

"When I heard about this place I expected it to be “High End” with brands like La Perla, AP or Le Petit Trou. This place is more low end with brands such as Elomi, really lackluster in my opinion. Seems like a Faux Parisian Boutique."

"Today Monday November 6th 2023 around 12:00 noon I had the worst experience ever shopping. That's saying a lot, since I am a seasoned senior citizen. I have shopped at Blythe for quite a while and have always been treated kindly, with patients and respect. On this particular day, Blythe almost lost a dedicated customer, because of one particular employee. Not only did this employee not welcome me into a virtually empty store, it was quite contrary. I was not welcomed! And it was quite obvious. Beginning with not wanting to exchange an item, even though I had the receipt, item was never worn and it was within the timeline for return. She called the owner and walked away talking to her on the telephone as if it was a secret. As it appeared, this employee was not there to service me. So therefore, I selected items to try on. This employee approached me and she took the item that selected away from me and had them put back on the racks! She proceeded to select items of her chosen! After she had done that she called to my name from back of the store, instead of coming to me, another customer had to tell me that my name was called. That was quite embarrassing. I could go on about my mistreatment, but to draw things to a conclusion, I was very upset and hurt. I was about to purchase what she gave me, just so I could leave and not come back, even though I didn't like what she gave me. The store manager had arrived as I was about to check out. She saw my distress appearance and asked if I was okay? I explained to her what happened. She said to me that she would make sure that I would leave with what I would be happy with and that she would make sure I left with a smile on my face! She did. Thanks to the manager I will return. The other employee hopefully she won't be there when I come back. Customer service was definitely not her forte."

"While waiting for my wife to be fitted I heard several staff members talking about customers “who were difficult”, other staff, and even the owner. When my wife found a bra, after losing nearly 70 pounds and working on finding herself again, she was met with rude comments at the register. When she handed over one of the two bras she found the cashier said “oh so you finally found one” as if her trying on several fits was an inconvenience. My wife has been coming here since she was 16 and is now 24. We are unbelievably disappointed and will have to find another place in town that has bras for plus size women. I hope for the owners sake that they look into this because several customers left talking about how they were made to “feel”."

"The staff was super friendly and extremely helpful! I am a very awkward size currently around a 40H and my size is very difficult to find. They had several different options in multiple different styles and colors. Including nursing bras! Will definitely be going back, and recommending to my friends!"
