"Had a mobile order. When I got to the speaker, a woman came outside and said they were closed. When I drove around to tell them I had already paid, I was greeted by a drunk employee who went in to tell the others my order number. Then another woman came out and said it would be refunded. I haven't seen a refund yet. That woman had clearly been drinking for a while so she was drunk on the job. Unacceptable. Between that, the loud music and dancing by employees inside the store, not sure if I should be eating here. I just want my money back since I didn't get any food."

"Ordered two Big Macs, got all the way home to find no cheese on either of them. I called to speak to management, and they said I could return for two slices of cheese, or they could remake one of the Big Macs, because it would cost too much to remake both Big Macs! I said both Big Macs are missing cheese it’s not my fault . She did not care at all. I still don’t understand her logic!"

"Avoid this place unless you have an hour to wait for your food! Wife was severely late to work due to this. Go to Smokey Bones or Chilis down the street for faster service. Fast food should never take AN HOUR to get done."

"I visited on 9/6/23 at around 10:30 with my children. We were greeted with an open door and warm smiles. We had to use the restroom on our travels today and they had the cleanest bathroom that I’d seen in a long time, not just for McDonald’s. We weren’t going to order a full meal, but because I felt like it was clean and everyone was smiling and doing their job efficiently we grabbed meals to go. Service was quick and the food was great. My kids were being a little loud, but instead of being annoyed the employees met us with smiles and understanding. I will definitely be back again."

"Awful location. Got in the drive through to order and was told that they aren't taking orders. They said to come inside. Then we parked and tried to go in but the doors were locked. It's 8:35pm on a Wednesday night so it's not anywhere near closing time. Utterly ridiculous."
