"As a native Puertorican, international foodie and lover all things amazing, I can say the roasted pig, ribs, chicken and longaniza are off the charts. From the flavors, style of cooking, and ambiance the place is second to none. Even when compared to the native fare on the homeland. From the home sauces all the way to the "Tres-Leches" cake this place put's th "A" in artisanal. Seriously addictive, I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for the "Ultima Puerto Rican Grub" experience. Been here 5 times... everyone of them going beyond the expectations. The friendly staff is just tje icing on the cake. Word of advice: Get ready, Get here. Thank god for this place! Sincerely, Enrique D. NOTE: Nope this is not a paid review. It is the real deal!!!"
"Amazing Puerto Rican food. Beats most "lechoneras" in Puerto Rico in flavor and quality. Highly recommended."
"Absolutely delicious food! Can’t wait to go back to try more of their menu. I had the roast pork rice bowl. Every bite was fantastic. The serving size is enough for two meals because I also had the roasted calabaza. Loved it!"
"We were only in the area getting gas when we caught a whiff of the smoke billowing out of a smoker across the street. We chose to go check it out and we were so glad we did The whole set-up is an interesting-cool food truck eatery. You order from a well decorated converted short bus. Attached to the bus is a whole separate smoker that is open so you can see the variety of meats that are available on the menu (whole pig rotating on a spit, Ribs, whole chickens, sausage). They also provide 4 folding picnic tables set under a tent in the parking lot, with Puerto Rican music playing on their speakers. Considering it's a parking lot, they've done a great job offering an option to sit and eat. We ordered two of the bowls which come with rice & beans, Yucca (not fried, which is how we're used to getting yucca), plantains. The sausage has a great mix of different flavors, with pork, seasoning, and either peas or lentils. We had differing thoughts on the lechon as one person at the table thought it was a bit too salty, but others thought it was still good and tasty. We also ordered a half rack of ribs. These were not fall off the bone, but they were still very tasty with its smoky flavor, seasoning and bbq sauce, plus they were also very meaty. I also have to give mention to the team that works there. They were all very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything on the menu. Came to our table a couple of times to bring some sauces, make sure everything was okay, and to tell us when they're open (Fri, Sat, and Sun). He explained Fri was a smaller menu that varies with what they have, then Sat & Sun is their full menu. I highly suggest a stop here!"
"The food is authentic Puerto Rican , the service is amazing by the entire staff! I highly recommend that you go as soon as they open because the food is so good that it sells out quick. The portions of the food are great too, definitely me and my family will keep coming back."
