Domino's Pizza

"I ordered 20 large pizzas here for a hungry hockey team’s 6.5hr bus ride back home and they had them ready in just a little over an hour! 3 young ladies (wish I knew their names) worked very hard to make sure we had everything we needed while still filling others orders and were friendly in the process even apologizing for it taking so long. Thanks again for the great food and service!!"

"Not too many locations have dine in and we did take out but as usual the staff was friendly and professional. The service was fast and the food was to our liking. Nobody like that the prices have gone up and that's really my only pet peeve."

"My order was ready when I walked in. Staff was quick friendly and professional. My order was correct and next time my pizza is free thanks to their rewards program so as long as they keep offering online deals and rewards I'll choose then over the others every day."

"I understand that on a Friday night they are busy, but that does NOT excuse the quality of service that I received tonight. I ordered a pan bbq chicken pizza, and parmesean bread twists with the five cheese sauce. First, I spend 40 minutes sitting outside the restaurant waiting and waiting for my order. FINALLY I got a notification that my order was ready and the 2 minute timer started counting down. For SOME reason, the timer STOPPED AT 54 SECONDS and I got no notification other than it was on its way to the car. No it wasn't. I waited another 15 minutes before I decided to go inside and get it myself. They didn't even acknowledge that they messed up. I finally get home with my food, and open up my parmesan twists to find that the sauce is a burnt, dried out pile of cheese that is not useful for anything. Not only did I get scammed out of my "free pizza" for waiting more than 2 minutes after my food was allegedly ready, but I also got a ruined cheese sauce. This is unacceptable."

"What the EFF is this!!! Just got my Dominos order delivered of which I tipped 30% because I know how some drivers are struggling. I ordered just 1 Large pizza and THIS is what I got! Called them immediately and was rudely directed to a manager. Manager was no help. Only giving excuses. Talking about the dough is hard to manage. I asked if he looks at the orders before they send them out he said he did but his CSR does. I’m like and this was okay!?! Unbelievable and speechless for the type of customer service and quality given by this Dominos!"
