"I want to give this place a great review, but after another poor service experience I now feel compelled to warn everyone out there about the weak service of this place. The most recent faux-pas on their part was me showing up to pick up my order, and being told their system was down and that I’m out of luck unless I have enough cash on me. No attempts to problem solve, or fix the situation at all. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with their delivery service, and this most recent pick up incident is enough that I will never return to this establishment again, which really bums me out because it’s a local chain, and they have great pizza and the some of the best wings around and we’ve tried to support them through the years and especially during the pandemic. It doesn’t seem like their customers and their experiences are important to them anymore. Beware, especially if ordering delivery!!"

"Stopped by and ordered 2 subs, one with fries. Girl at counter asked if I wanted "supreme" and I asked what is that? She said, "nevermind." Ok. I go to car to wait. Come back in, pick up order. No fries. Girl is rude and says I didn't order fries. I repeat what she said about supreme. She gets rude and says do you want fries... Me: Yes I will wait. No apology. Charged $3.99 vice $2.99 if they were placed with my original order. When fries are ready she looks at me and says "here you go." I just laughed. What awful customer service. I've been going here for years. Weekly during Covid. Her rudeness makes me not want to return. Do better."

"The food is usually good but this is about something else. I received their text advertisement today (Veterans Day) about a free medium cheese pizza for veterans. The ad said call ahead to order so I did. I always order online but I get it. The young man answers the phone and when I tell him I want to use the special he says I need to order online or in-store. I told him I didn’t see any coupon code or anything to use to order online and apply that special. He places me on hold for his manager and about 3 minutes goes by and he gets back on the phone to ask if he can help me. I tell him again what I’m waiting on and he tells me he forgot and he will go talk to his manager. Another few minutes goes by on hold and a young woman gets on the phone and asks if she can help me. I tell her what I am trying to do and what I was waiting on and she says she had some complaints about this earlier and she needs to get her “higher up.” After sitting on hold for what has now amounted to roughly 15 minutes I just hung up. I will take my business elsewhere if my question is that difficult to answer."

"I put in a delivery order with special instructions and they followed the instructions and the food was amazing. I wanted cheese ravioli with meat sauce and alfredo mixed, heavy sauce. Also a salad with extra cheese. Everything was amazing. Definitely be ordering from here more often."

"1st time ordering from this location via doordash delivery! Even if it took 45mins, food arrived warm. My family and I are stuffed. Bone in Buffalo mild wings were great. Spaghetti w/ meatballs and the Steak & cheese sub was good too! Compared to another place where we spent a bit more, Paisano's definitely satisfied us more!"
