Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar 14900 Potomac Town Place, Woodbridge, VA 22191

"I usually only write positive reviews but man I had to warn you. Terrible service and attitude. Should have walked out when the two hostesses looked at me with a blank stare and no welcome. I had to say hello to get them to address me. Felt like I was bothering them to accommodate me in the restaurant. Was sat at a dirty table, with sauce on the seats, which I had to clean myself. The waiter obviously hadn’t been properly trained, I had to get up and get utensils and napkins myself. The margarita pizza might have been the worst pizza I have ever had the displeasure of eating. Unmelted cheese, soggy dough, barely cooked tomatoes. I honestly have no idea how this place has 4.3 rating."

"Some rude staff unfortunately ! I Ordered pizza and wings for pick up for the fist time from this place, the gentleman at the bar gave me a nasty look when I showed up to pick up my order like I was coming there to steal then asked rudely if I was picking up and I was already being helped he was very un courteous it didn’t make me feel welcome. I don’t understand how some people get to keep their jobs with low standards and mediocre customer service!! I’ve had better wings and better pizza don’t waste your money!"

"Ordered a Wild Mushroom pizza with red sauce and vegan cheese. Got delivered an arugula pizza with zero toppings and no red sauce. It’s literally dry pizza crust with vegan cheese and half a bag of arugula dumped on top of it. This was ordered through the Brixx website. Called the store and told them they didn’t add sauce or the mushrooms, and was informed there was nothing they could do because the delivery is handled through Doordash. That they couldn’t send us a new pizza, and that I’d have to create a new order. Why would the customer be forced to pay a second delivery fee for a pizza that was made incorrectly by the incompetent staff at Brixx? Unbelievable."

"Mhhhh, not completely sold. Wasn’t greeted upon entry, just went to sit at the bar… cause there is this weird stand upon entry like there should be a host there… but no host. Idk, anyways this is coming from a New Yorker… so I suppose my pizza standards are high. HOWEVER, my boyfriend got buffalo wings, they were not what we expected.. they weren’t the worst we’ve had, but we’ve also had much better. All in all, it really isn’t bad, but we’ve had better. (Completely forgot to get a picture of the wings). I DO appreciate the fact that the bottom of the crust wasn’t soggy. Waiter was cool, not too over bearing checked in every now and then."

"A good pizza chain restaurant if you’re looking for a variety of beer, wine, cocktails and pizza. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The pizzas only come in one size and the crust is thin and crispy. We went on a Wednesday evening and it busy, but not too busy. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. We ordered two beers and two pizzas and the total was just under $50. It was a good experience and odds are we’ll eat here again in the future."
