"So apparently the manager Jason is aware that ordering online through the website has the potential to double charge you and not even put the order through but they have "no control over the website or anything to do with the website." His only solution is to wait for the money to be put back by the bank and if they don't, call back. Super glad my account was overdrafted by $30 and will have to pay the fee for their trash website they can't apparently control. Buyers beware I guess. If they won't contact anyone to fix their website, you're just out of luck I guess."

"Dont order from here if you want your food delivered. Order an hour and half ago no pizza showed up. Zero contact from delivery driver. Said they rang and knocked on our door. Zero chance that happened since I was on the couch the entire time which is 10 feet away from my door. They said they could send the driver back. Cuz yes I want to pay 50 dollars for 2 hour old pizza and pay a tip. NO WAY horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if i could. Give your money to other business. Offered zero resolution to any of my complaints."

"You have to try the New Yorker. It's a different taste and if it's cooked right with the crust foldable and the Pizza warm/hot then you'll love it. Not saying it's NY Pizza - but this is really good in it's own right. Having it delivered is better because it comes in the insulated bag and is hotter than I can get it on pick up & back home."

"The boy at the counter was so polite, friendly and smiled. He asked me if he could help me with door bc i had big boxes of food. My food was nice and hot. It had been long time since going there it seems they got new staff which is good."

"The place is filthy. You can see the sink when you're standing at the counter and it is unbelievably dirty. The driver put the delivery hot box on the ground today for several minutes, picked it up, got in his car and took off with whatever was on the ground. The pizza I ordered was so wet and soggy that I threw it away. The staff promised me a free pizza, but when I got there, they said "The manager called and said no free pizzas." Do they mess up so much that such calls come in from the manager? Did they lie to me? Did the staff call the manager and tell me the manager called them? Either way, I'm out the money I paid and not accommodated/compensated. I would not do business like this. Not if I want good reviews and repeat customers."
