"Most absurd exchange process ever. Got an item that was too small online. Went to a physical location for ease of exchange, because I used rewards on the item, I was accused of wanting to bypass a “change in price”. lol. The price of the item didn’t change … I used rewards which changed the overall value and simply wanted a different size. The cashier made it incredibly difficult and I felt like I was being yelled at the whole time. I needed to explain to a manager why I shouldn’t owe any money on exchanging for a different size on the exact same color and item … seriously??? Meanwhile they offer no store credit anymore, either."

"First time here to checked things out. The associate came to us and say don’t move a lot of stuffs on top but open from the drawer instead without greeting. Okay and then we just want some assistance about sizing. She said you don’t know your size? I don’t wanna talk about it. Wow! I wonder How they selected the employees to work with the company. Worst experience ever!!!! Red flags."

"Went to this Victoria’s Secret with my fiancé saw chairs to sit down while she tries on clothes I was told I couldn’t sit on the chair because it’s in the hallway of the fitting room that’s all fine however as a male who just want a seat while his fiance shops I think it’s incredibly off putting for the chairs to only be for women! Is it so much to ask for a chair outside of the fitting room so us men can sit and not suffer standing for 20 plus minutes!!!"

"I have the most horrible experience at this VS today. Was at the fitting room trying some bra, an associate open the door with out knocking and I was half naked, I just cover my self and said: hey I’m here… she said sorry and close the door never saw who was. Couple minutes after another associate open the door again without knocking, this time she was aggressive and open the door wide and a random men was right in front of the door may waiting for his partner, I call her out and told her she should knock the door before open the door with the key… she reply : I open because I didn’t hear any sound , so what I’m supposed to be doing? Singing or screeching “IM HERE” to warn that I was there? I was shaking because I feel violated and mad. I call the manager the young manager was nice and sound very apologetic, then she told me that she will inform the other manager. The other manager it’s a hispanic lady she was passive aggressive… I told her than that situation was unacceptable, and she try to said that it wasn’t a big deal. I told her that the person who open the door wasn’t the young girl that was at the fitting room (she was so nice) I described the lady that I call out, she said it’s so weird that someone else did open the door with the key, I took like if she was trying to said that I was making an scene, but I ask her : do u will feel uncomfortable and violated if u are half naked and someone open the door without knocking? Also I told her she should training her associates better to use the common sense and have a little of courtesy toward the costumers, even she didn’t apologize. She look mad because I complained about the situation. She offer a coupon for the 20% off, I don’t need a coupon I made my purchase and even didn’t use the coupon. So be aware if you visit this store, you can be naked in a fitting room and someone can open the door without knocking."
