"Absolute terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes online, and called the store to ask if I can return prior to coming in. They told me I could and even checked my order number. I drove 30 min and they told me in store I can't return it even after driving 30 minutes to get there. And showed them the call history between me and the store from the previous day. Absolute trash service and the employees were rude too. Please do yourself a favor and not go to this location at all.."

"DO NOT BRING RETURNS HERE: This location will not take your items back for immediate return. I traveled to this location to return two pairs of shoes from online, and even though they sold the exact pair in store they could not return it and they had to be mailed back. I felt bad because I live 2 minutes from a FedEx, but traveled all the way to VA to return them in a store, just for them to tell me that they can only send them back through FedEx for me. The website stated that I could return them in store, but the associate said it depends on the location. The associate was so nice and printed my labels + packed the items, but my refund will not come for 2-3 weeks. I have never returned to Adidas, so this was definitely a lesson learned situation, but if you are returning items, shoes especially...save the trip."

"This is exactly why I personally wear Nike shoes and refuse to wear Adidas! I purchased a pair of Stan Smiths for my wife and shortly after having the shoes one of the shoes makes a squeaking sound. The squeak is so loud it’s to the point where it’s embarrassing to walk in. I explained my situation to the manager of the store, and he was less than empathetic. He also added that it’s to the managers discretion as to whether or not an exchange could be made, and he still declined the exchange. This shoe has a latent defect, and I should at least be afforded an opportunity to exchange it for a shoe that hopefully does not. I purchased a lot of sneakers and had an issue with the craftsmanship of a pair of Nike Blazers in the past. Nike was aggressive, and very willing to exchange, the defective shoe I had. Please think twice about purchasing a pair of Adidas, especially a pair of Stan Smiths!"
