"I have lived in northern VA area for nearly 37 years and the service at this branch was the worst I have ever received. Condescending, disrespectful and down right unintelligent staff. Not certain what the customer service training is at this branch but I will certainly not shop here again and will let my friends/colleagues know the same. Not worthy of the community we live in and serve."
