"Customer service is mediocre. The people helping me didn’t know the designs and it was extremely frustrating. I’ve been getting intimissimi for many many years. I’ve been a loyal customer but of course they can’t help you if you have a foreign fidelity card. I know intimissimi have amazing products but you’re not going to find them here!"
