"Stood there for a good 5 minutes before someone even decided to acknowledge me that I was even there. A guy was sweeping the lobby and a lady was doing something behind the counter. I was the only one in the store. The sandwich that I got was absolutely disgusting"

"This place is okay as long as you don't work there. They always put one person by themselves during very busy shifts and it comes through in the service because they're obviously very tired and stressed out. Not the workers fault, this place literally pays people $8 an hour in 2023. Need a more?"

"i usually don’t have any complaints about this subway but yesterday I DoorDashed a sub and a large sprite and i’m so grateful I ordered Sprite so I could see the black mold in my drink. disgusting. how could someone fill a cup full or sprite and see the mold and continue to serve it?! DO NOT eat or drink here."

"Today I watched a new employee mess up this young lady's order, then the manager (I'm assuming she was, she acted like it. She has a lot of tattoos on her neck and is brunette) refuse to fix the woman's order. She kept raising her voice and telling the customer "you pay or leave!" I've never seen such a rude team."

"The staff was amazingly friendly the young man and woman working today did a phenomenal job very respectful just wonderful conversation and awesome customer service they made you feel like they were happy to see you and it made me so happy to see them.I picked my sandwich and just let the young lady make it however she felt was good let her pick out the bread and everything and let me tell you it was so good and y'all that Carmel apple cookie ,holy cow was so good . The wonderful young man that finished up my order even thanked me for what I do. He was precious thank you all for your wonderful service . You made my day ."
