"Just ordered pizza and it is terrible. The bacon were small crunchy pieces we had to take out before eating it and the shriveled up over cooked pieces of tasteless steak was just a joke at best. The garlic knots were way undercooked. We paid $5.99 for delivery. Which actually we thought was the tip. No. The driver stood there asking for one. I only had $5 cash on me. So the $19.99 special ended up costing me $35.00!! Never again!!"
"I love Dominos and I’m lucky to have one nearby. Unfortunately the quality and attention to detail lacks. I had to have a remake due to my pizza being wet and soggy despite picking it up ASAP. My partner can’t eat cheese so I got half no cheese. If you order “no cheese” there are other seperate cheeses they add that still make it on there. Even stating “lactose intolerant” and “no cheese” didn’t get my pizza RE-made correctly. At least the remake wasn’t soggy again."
"While the pizza wasn’t bad I paid for garlic bites. There are supposed to be 16 in a box and I may have got 12 at best. Some of them were the size of my fingernail. Just being lazy if you ask me. I’ve worked in restaurants for over 5 years. I get you’re busy but quality needs to match quantity."
"Got the pizza and it wasn’t hot it was barely warm and by the time we got it I wasn’t even hungry and was ready to go to bed. I watched the tracker and it was done in the oven for a while before it was delivered. They gave me a credit for pizza later on which hopefully will be hot next time we order."
"Waited at window for 15 minutes with no one else in line for my food and it was burnt. No marinara for my cheese bread. Left a comment about my order on my dominos acct and have yet to hear from anyone from 6 days ago."
