"We had a great experience here on 1/26/24 around 7:30pm, we planned to go somewhere else but all the other restaurants were packed. I’m glad we came here. The young guy at the front counter who took our order was awesome and when he brought our food he was so nice and told us that if we needed any more breadsticks just to let him know. Our food was fresh and hot, everything was delicious. And then a manager came around (I think his name may have been Cory? Not sure) and asked if we would like any more breadsticks then brought them to us. I ate way too many breadsticks LOL and while we were there, the guys were scrubbing the walls behind us and having a hilarious conversation about how they’d be there all night. We even ordered cheesecake to go. We really enjoyed ourselves and will come back!"
"The food is really good. This is the first time we came here from NC. We had a large party of 20 people and I believed we scared the staff. Lol... They handled it pretty well over all."
"Our group stopped in there for a quick lunch that turned out to not be so quick. It was one of the staff who made it a pleasurable experience. I wish I could remember her name. Fortunately, my wife and I already ate. We got the pepperoni sticks. We weren't impressed. Our friends enjoyed their pasta and their portion size was huge."
"Was literally just accosted at the door by an employee in front of a lobby full of customers for picking up my online order. He said "I'm not necessarily accusing you of stealing but you need to show me your order confirmation." There is no signage stating that you are required to check in to get your pickup order, and there was no employee nearby to ask. It is on a rack that is not behind a counter. Obviously I showed confirmation of my order when asked, but I will absolutely NOT be visiting this location again. Do better."
