"If you order it and pick it up yes it’s pretty good to me! But if you do delivery and it says 25 mins, it will be 2 hours at the least. I’ve tried it 4 times, and everytime it’s happened however they do offer the points for a free pizza it is still aggravating the food to be cold and 2 hours later. Hope no one else experiences this tho"
"The pizza was good. The messed up my first pizza and had to re-make it. When I went in, I couldn't get an employee to help me. They ignored me. I waited about 15 minutes before someone would help. Then I had to wait for my pizza to be remade."
"Yet again I waited almost 2 hrs, I'm ok with that because they tend to be short staffed. Not ok with my order being wrong...again, pretty much everytime! Food is cold because it hits quality check about 30 min before a driver ever picks it up. I should have credits on my account because that's all they ever offer you. But then they had to ask for my address again, because they didn't even know who I was. I feel for them being short handed, I can be patient...but if I wait 2 hrs and the food is wrong, everything else is closed and now we have to eat the wrong food, not what we paid for."
"Our pasta bowls had very little sause on top of the pasta. The large Pepperoni pizza was not cut thoroughly, we had to cut it ourselves. And our pan pizza was very undercooked and doughy. Our delivery lady was on time and nice."
"Cosistenly even with free pizza they mess up. And the new tots.... they can never ever get them right. This time the pizza was ham and pinapple with mushrooms on half. Then cut it correctly please. And I'm glad I wasn't charged for the extra toppings thrown in it"
