"This is truly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. They have NEVER gotten my food right, and the management team is terrible. No customer service or people skills at all. They should fire everyone and start over truthfully."
"Worst McDonald’s in the area if you ask me. Every time I place an order it takes an obnoxious amount of time, and the crew-members always have terrible, unfriendly attitudes. I also waited 20 mins on my curbside order that was a 6-piece happy meal."
"This place use to be one of the better McDonald's growing up now its just gone down hill. Food is not cooked well most of the time and customer service is just absolute worst. The employees are just rude and just don't work most of the time. My most recent experience which is one of my main reasons for writing this. My wife had just ordered a 40 piece mcnuggets and a large fry. There deal for $10.99. Honestly pretty simple to make. Well my wife got home and we checked the food they had only given one box of 20 with 5 extra nuggets randomly placed in there.. so we were missing another box of 20. In addition to this, the fries were just the worst, cold and not properly done. She called and what turned into a simple mistake on their end that could have been easily fixed but they decided to be rude and unpleasant to work with. I returned back to the restaurant and they had terrible attitude for something that was not that big of deal to fix."
"I had an issue with a mobile order I placed that said it had been completed, when I had never actually even went and picked it up. I figured it would be a hassle to get it figured out and wasn't looking forward to arguing about a $10 meal. To my surprise, when I went to this location today, I first saw the manager be very kind to an elderly man in line in front of me that was having an issue with his card being approved. The same manager (not sure of his name) then helped me with my order, no questions asked. You hardly see customer service like that anymore at fast food restaurants. Thank you."
