"I can appreciate diversity and a youth movement because we must build up the workforce, but in jobs dealing with the public you MUST ALSO HAVE SOME PEOPLE SKILLS. Nothing really serious just maybe a GREETING or even a "have a nice day" would be great."

"Placed a large order for 7 people yesterday. Got back and the order wasn’t even complete. Missing fries and the drinks were made wrong. That was not the worst part. In the 10 piece chicken nuggets we found hairs. One like 2 inches curled up like I don’t even want to know from where it came from and the other was double the length. Could not even finish the food because that killed my daughter’s appetite. Was not worth the gas to even drive back because my daughter would not have eaten it even if I went back to address this distrusting health concern. I should have taken a picture but I was beyond disgusted to even keep looking at the hairs in her meal. You seriously need staff to pay more attention to hygiene this is beyond disgusting and unacceptable!"

"Looking at the reviews I was able to validate my experience from this morning. The manager at the time of this review is the worst example of leadership and customer service you can have. Too early for rude attitude right in front of his whole staff. Mr. Manager should quit, as he is setting a poor example and low standards for his team. I saw a lot of young employees feeling ashamed of his actions. I feel sorry for them and hope they find a better place to work; can only imagine how this Manager treats them if he has no regard for his customers. Whoever owns this location, it is time to take action or you are in for low profits. You may as well close the place as some of us are not coming back. Look at the reviews and do something."

"Spot On, never been to this Wendy's before and did the drive-thru. Receipt Number: 3064, host Justin, was simply amazing. Took my order soon as I pulled up to the board, I paid, and got my food within minutes. I got a Number 1 with Medium Cheese and the fries were hot and the burger was tasty. No issues or complaints at all, a perfect drive-thru order. v.r., Dr. K. King"
