"Absolutely horrible customer service, bought a new retread tire for 347.00, tire didn't last 200 miles. Love's road service said it was a bad retread, perfect 8 inch strip peeled off the sidewall. Took tire back to Southern and they said too bad, too sad and wouldn't replace the tire. Over the years we have always bought tires here for our tractor trailer but never again. Total rip off! They have no respect or consideration for their customers, they do not stand with their product."
