"Bought a Van. I have wife with cancer, 2 kids with Autism, my dad with Alzheimers, my mother almost killed in a wreck. Only one able to work and i lost my job because of this. It was an emergency and they knew the situation. I was desperate and Collins took the last of my money, $1200 on an overpriced van that blew 2 gaskets in less than 2 weeks. That was $1600. Still owed $1970 on it. No help from em. Blamed me. Murphy's Express just did the oil change and fluids. The gaskets were old and the thermostat was bad. Never shop here. Walking from Kpt to Jc woulda been better than being robbed."

"Really nice guys, we told them up front what we needed and what we could afford. They were very helpful. We've been to several buy here pay here lots in this area, and I wouldn't go back to any of them even if they gave me a car. The guys at Collins aren't like the others. We will DEFINITELY go back to Collins."

"When I went down to look at what vehicles they had, I saw beat up vehicles over priced, with the down payment required you might as well have the total amount in hand. Some people can't afford high down payments if at all. Now lately when I've drove by their selection is much nicer than before but I bet the down payment is still to high. I've changed my review a bit due to the vehicles being nicer than before but I still can't afford the amount down they ask up front."

"Purchased our van here over 2 years ago, no problems whatsoever. Jason, Bobby, and rest of staff were super great to work with and if I needed a little time to make a payment that I fell behind on, they worked with me on that as well. The key is if you work with them and if you say you need such and such time to pay by a certain date, then they will see you as an honest customer of your word and work with you. Unfortunately I no longer live in the TN/VA area or I definitely would buy another vehicle from Collins. Least I can do is let others know who are in that area looking for a reasonable vehicle with low payments and those with credit problems, this is the place to go. Place looks crowded at times, but this is because they get cars all the time and fix them up ready to sell. Good turnaround as you never see same vehicles sitting there for months.Thanks again Collins Auto!!"
