"I have written a review for Dawes automotive before, but wanted to write another one since he just did a huge job for me. I just had to have the engine in my 2018 Ford Edge replaced, I had to go thru Carmax warranty That I purchased with the car almost 4 years ago. Mr Dawes did an awesome job, you would never know anything had been done to my car other than it runs like a new one(of course a new motor). He went the extra mile for me with dealing with the warranty company. Tom Dawes is Extremely Honest and fair with his pricing and work."

"I'm not from the area at all . I'm 10 hours from home and ran into some oil leaking issues with my 17 f250. I called all the other top rated places in the area first as you would not knowing the area or who to call... none or them seemed eager to help and everyone was pushing me back atleast 2 weeks on the phone not even knowing what my issue was . I called Dawes and immediately this man was helpful . Knowing he was already busy he asked me to come by so he could look at it better for me. Told me exactly what the issue was , and called my warranty people right then and made sure I was taken care of before I even left that day with appt scheduled... even saved mexa lil money on installing a part... not to mention the man's a MARINE !!
