"If I could pick zero stars I would have!! Me and my friend decided to eat in and came in at 11:30 pm was told they didn’t close until 12. It’s currently 11:51and we still do not have our food and there are 3 people working and very few cars have came through the drive thru. The absolute WORST service I’ve ever had and I personally have worked in the food industry for years prior to what I do now. If I was their store manager I would fire all of them on the spot"

"Order was wrong, slapped together and nasty looking, they refused to fix or refund it, and I guess it was the manager, actually wanted to stand there and argue with me that nothing was wrong with the order while I'm looking at it. Example: I'm allergic to lettuce, so obviously I always order my food "no lettuce". There were several pieces of lettuce bits that had fallen into my food while they were throwing it together. I told the lady "I'm allergic to lettuce, that's why I ordered it no lettuce", she actually said "this is a no lettuce...well there's only a few pieces in it" and slid it back across the counter to me...refusing to fix or refund it. At that point, with seeing the condition of what food we did actually get (and the dirty hands, general bad hygiene, and attitude of those making the orders--not exaggerating) we'd decided that we were not going to eat there, and asked for a refund, which they refused to do. So we spent the money for quality food to eat and literally received nothing (except the bad experience and arguing from the one supposedly in charge). Not only will we never eat there again, we may never eat any Taco Bell again, it was that bad."

"Closed at 11:41pm while there was still a line of cars in the drive thru. Rude girl working was wearing green and red plaid pajamas putting up paper closed signs over the drive thru menu. Other workers were sitting in there cars. Over all very disappointed because it “was” one of the better Taco Bells in the area. Do better night shift."

"Literally the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Gave us the wrong order, WAY overcharged us, seemed to expect us to pay AGAIN for the correct order, and messed it up again. Just gave up and left. Management: do better."

"Every time we go here, something is missing or wrong. Our last visit we were shorted x2 supreme beef chalupas, both with extra cheese. That’s nearly $10.00 worth of an order. My fiancé drove back to get them. He stated twice that he was supposed to have x2 supreme BEEF chalupas with extra cheese. They gave him 2 chalupas and he brought them home so we could eat before our food got cold and they were both chicken chalupas with no extra cheese. I have sent a complaint in regarding this issue because $10.00 was 1/4 of the orders cost and it was the only thing I ordered myself to eat. I’m not happy and this is exactly why I rarely eat at Taco Bell. I could literally count each individual piece of cheese. That’s not even a “normal” amount of cheese. That’s ripping the customers off. These are not worth $10.00. They might be worth $3.00 each but don’t charge me $10.00 if it’s not going to look like it’s worth it. And if someone has to waste the time they set aside to eat dinner with their family and gas just to have your mistake corrected make sure the order is correct before it leaves. As paying customers we shouldn’t have to sit in the drive-thru after getting items and open each one to check that it was done correctly. That’s not a place where the customers money is respected or appreciated. It’s a sad place that deserves no business."
