"Took the family here for homecoming. The two guys running the place had a massive attitude. One was was lethargically making a pepperoni pizza, even though there already was one out. The other didn't show up to serve customers until 5 minutes had passed. There were also only 3 burnt pizzas available. I'm not planning on going back or recommending this place. Obviously, the place was a little dirty because of the lack of work ethic the employees had."
"Woodfire Pizza Company is a good idea for students to get a large slice of pizza for a swipe on their plan. The pizza tastes decent and seems to be prepared using correct etiquette, however, the flavor is a bit mediocre. The sauce is way too far on the acidic/bitter side and the dough can be very tough even on fresh pizza due to the density of the dough itself. If these two things were improved upon, the pizza would improve by miles in my opinion. The value, efficiency, and freshness is there, but the formulas of the ingredients need a little more work. Overall, 4/5 stars. :)"
"It was located inside of Liberty University. I was there on graduations day 2019 and it was packed. Taking this fact into consideration the staff were doing their best to keep up with the rush, and they were handling it very well until they started to run out of pizza slices. It was down hill from there. I witnessed two employees giving attitude to one another, and heard a couple of comments made that I felt probably weren't appropriate especially considering we were at a Christian college. Not that they would be unacceptable anywhere else for that matter. When things went south they started to burn pizzas and food quality dropped due to the lack of organization and experience they had. I noticed they were piling pizzas into the oven but not rotating the ones to the front that had been in there longer which is a classic rookie mistake. I also noticed that they weren't able to keep up this the demand and I'm not just talking for food I'm talking with straws and napkins running low on drinks and condiments like cheese and crush red peppers. I rated them 3 stars because the food was good if it wasn't burnt and they were friendly, so I do jot feel I should hold their inexperience against them. I'm sure they were all college students just trying to work their way through college. Plus other then the few little things I mentioned they weren't doing that bad of job."
"I never ate there; however, I purchased the food for friends and they enjoyed it very much. Looked like some slices may have been slightly charred on the bottom but still smelled amazing. Would recommend to grab a slice if you have the time."
