"Had a pick up order but noticed the salad bar was still open they allowed us to fill up a nice big dish off the salad bar for $4! Everyone was very nice the pick up was fresh and cooked to perfection!"

"Location on Memorial needs a make over! Seats are springy & tables & floors are sticky. Ceiling needs to be replaced from what we seen on the inside. The store looks as it was 30 years ago! I imagine this is for almost all Pizza Huts locations! The parking lots could use an upgrade to!"

"man, has pizza hut chang3d for the worst. Stood in line to pay for buffet, manager walked away without saying anything. Bread sticks tasted like dust sticks. One flavorless pasta, thins were all specialty, one cheese pan. When I got back in line to pay, she didn't give me a total, just pointed to the machine. Total was not visible ANYWHERE. VERY RUDE MANAGER No real plates, cups, flatware, very limited salad bar and buffet. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL"

"I've been coming to this pizza hut for a long time , there's a lady named Rachel who always goes above and beyond for the customers , even when she's short handed and has to go make the food herself she's always pleasant and takes good care of the customers. Pizza is the best too !"

"Order from Memorial Ave was a disaster. "Chicken wings" were tiny, hard, broken off bits, thin crust pizza was cut wrong (not square) and outer crust was hard as a rock. Not our first order and never had these problems before. Very disappointing and a total waste of money this time. Definitely a problem at this location. Will be a long time, if ever, ordering again after this experience. Plenty of other choices. The delivery driver, however, was very good. Friendly and respectful. Super nice guy!"
