"Friendly staff. I was doing some shopping while in town for my dad and the woman assisting us was very helpful and polite. The selection was pretty good for being after all the Christmas sales. There were plenty of clearance sales happening. We were able to get everything for about 40% off. The facilities were struggling a bit. The up escalator was out of order, and the elevator was sketchy at best."

"Placed a Black Friday on line pick up order at Belk, Tanglewood Mall. I received an email in a timely manner announcing that my order was ready, and given 4 days to pick it up. Pick up parking was available directly in front of Belk. I called the number listed on the pick up sign and immediately a pleasant voice answered and carried out needs regarding my order. Very shortly a young Belk associate appeared at my car with the order. All was easy to do and was fast and efficient. I encountered no problems with my first Belk pick up. The product was nicely priced and met my expectations."
